We are looking for Vietnamese talents to join our overseas business team and lead sales and retail operations across SEA markets.
This is an overseas-based role, where you will be primarily working in the assigned market, driving business performance on the ground. The role offers a flexible scope, depending on your background — whether you are strong in General Trade (distribution expansion) or Modern Trade / Retail (in-store execution & store operations).
Key Responsibilities
- Represent HQ in overseeing retail performance at market level
- Drive sales results and ensure KPI alignment across the store network
- Work closely with the local Retail Manager while maintaining HQ standards.
- Support market expansion and build a scalable retail foundation in the assigned market
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; field of study is flexible with strong preference for Sales, Business, or Commercial background
We welcome candidates with either background:
- Good command of English for daily work and communication with partners.
- General Trade / distributor management OR Modern Trade / retail chains / store operations
- Preferably experienced in Consumer Electronics or related product categories.
- Strong negotiation, relationship building, and business development skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and willing to work extensively in the field.
