Job Description



Job Description:
  • Drive business growth and financial returns of Official Online Stores on Shopee
  • Manage and maintain content on assigned online stores
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to develop and implement commercial strategy to maximise revenue
  • Work closely with Business Intelligence team to compile and analyse past performance data to develop insights for commercial strategy
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders through collecting, analysing and summarising information and trends for regular sales and marketing meeting
  • Monitor inventory of merchandise and work closely with Demand Planning, Warehousing and Finance teams to ensure timely replenishment of merchandise
  • Identifying, strategising and executing various ad-hoc projects within the team in order to improve overall efficiency and excellence


Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Keen interest in e-Commerce, attention to detail and interests in numbers
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Having an entrepreneurial mindset would be a key advantage
  • Familiarity in database and SQL is a plus
  • Familiarity in graphic editing tools such as Photoshop
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A dynamic, results driven personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment
  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
  • Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
