REPORTING ACCOUNTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Financial and management reporting (50%)

o Prepare monthly financial reports in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards

o Provide timely and accurate financial information for management reports

o Prepare the Balance sheet account reconciliations

o Prepare month-end closing journal entries

· Audit and regulatory filings (30%)

o Provide supports for Finance Manager and/or Chief Accountant in handling financial audits

o Provide GAAP reconciliation and propose adjustment entries (where required)

o Provide supports for Chief Accountant for tax filing reports

· Finance system improvements (20%)

o Support Finance management in delivering change/upgrade/improvements for financial systems

o Support Finance management in establishment of finance reporting procedures including the financial reporting for subsidiaries when the Company expanded

o Coordinate the change initiatives for Finance projects

REQUIREMENTS

● Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience

● Experience in medical and healthcare industry is preferred

● Communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely, both orally and in writing.

● Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills.

● Deal effectively with complex and sensitive issues.

● Ability to work well within a team and individually.

● High responsibility in work.
