Key Responsibilities

1. SSS Maintenance Training: Maintenance Techniques Instruction
2. PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection): Inspect 50 vehicles before delivery
3. SSS Repair Training: Major repair instruction, battery pairing support
4. Certified Repair Shop Management & Audit: Shop inspections, interviews, reporting
5. Repair Record Review & Parts Management: Photo and work order review
6. Monthly Inventory Support: Physical inventory checks with shops
7. SLA Tracking & Enforcement: Delay assessment and resolution

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
2. 2-wheeler motorcycle service and maintenance mechanic experience is a plus
3. Good Customer Services and communication skills
4. Good at English
