Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored banking solutions. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing portfolios, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements and achieve sales targets while adhering to the bank's operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in financial analysis, portfolio management, and customer service.
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to provide effective and client-centric solutions.
• Proficiency in English and strong command of Vietnamese (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in treasury or corporate banking is a plus.
