Job Description:

  • Oversee end-to-end operations processes for Automated Sorting Centers in SEA markets within a dynamic environment
  • Drive operational improvements to improve key operational metrics
  • Develop operational expertise for Sorting Centres in the Regional team and foster the sharing of best practices
  • Lead cross-functional projects across the logistics chain to improve overall performance
  • Manage and train the sorting operations team to ensure adherence to SOPs and efficient use of resources
  • Take charge of site growth, collaborating with capacity planning and facilities to meet workforce management needs associated with expansion

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within the e-Commerce fulfilment/logistics industry in SEA
  • Experience in leading with on-ground operations excellence projects for large scale automated sorting centres in the e-Commerce/logistics industry of at least 40-50K sqm
  • Demonstrate effective people management skills with experience leading teams in an operational environment
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling up new automated sorting centres from go-live and improving key operational metrics
  • Flexibility to commit to rotating shifts, including nights and weekends and overseas travel to support projects up to 75% of the time
