Role Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion targets
- Lead, coach, and manage a regional sales team, ensuring high performance and professional development
- Drive key account management and build strong relationships with hospitals, distributors, and key stakeholders
- Oversee sales cycles for capital equipment, including tender management, negotiations, and contract closure
- Collaborate closely with clinical, service, marketing, and project teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Manage end-to-end project coordination, from pre-sales technical alignment to post-sales delivery
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical sales practices
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and regional performance reviews.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Biomedical Science, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in sales within the medical devices or medical equipment industry
- Proven experience in a Regional Sales Manager or senior sales leadership role
- Strong exposure to capital equipment sales, project-based selling, and long sales cycles
- Demonstrated experience in project management within a medical or healthcare environment
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
