Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion targets
  • Lead, coach, and manage a regional sales team, ensuring high performance and professional development
  • Drive key account management and build strong relationships with hospitals, distributors, and key stakeholders
  • Oversee sales cycles for capital equipment, including tender management, negotiations, and contract closure
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, service, marketing, and project teams to ensure successful project implementation
  • Manage end-to-end project coordination, from pre-sales technical alignment to post-sales delivery
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical sales practices
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and regional performance reviews.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Biomedical Science, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in sales within the medical devices or medical equipment industry
  • Proven experience in a Regional Sales Manager or senior sales leadership role
  • Strong exposure to capital equipment sales, project-based selling, and long sales cycles
  • Demonstrated experience in project management within a medical or healthcare environment
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
