Industry: Textile & Garment Accessories Manufacturing

We are partnering with a fast-growing international manufacturing group specializing in textile and garment accessories. As part of its regional expansion and new factory setup, the company is looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring activities across VN and Cambodia.

About the Role

This is a newly created position with a strong focus on cross-border recruitment and workforce planning. You will play a key role in building and scaling the organization by driving effective hiring strategies and delivering high-quality talent across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across Indochina, covering leadership, commercial, technical, production, and corporate functions
  • Develop and implement localized talent acquisition strategies, aligned with business growth plans and market conditions
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and channel diversification
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Optimize and manage recruitment channels and partnerships (job platforms, agencies, referrals) to improve hiring efficiency and quality
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment performance, providing insights on hiring metrics, channel effectiveness, and talent market trends
  • Collaborate with regional HR and business leaders to ensure alignment on hiring needs, HR practices, and compliance with local labor regulations
  • Support onboarding and probation follow-up to enhance employee experience and retention
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within:
  • Manufacturing / Factory / Export environments
  • Cross-border or regional hiring
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management
  • Strong understanding of talent markets in Southeast Asia is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (Chinese) – mandatory
  • Familiar with ATS and modern recruitment tools; data-driven mindset
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
