Recruitment Intern

We are hiring Recruitment Intern for Aniday.

Title:Recruitment Intern

Location: Ben Thanh Ward (District 1)

Allowance (Intern):2,000,000 VND/month + Free lunch, parking & snacks

Working type: Monday - Friday (at least 4 days/week), (6 months in contract)

What you'll do:

• Receive hands-on training directly from the Recruitment Leader
• Source and attract candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
• Screen CVs and conduct phone interviews in English
• Manage and update the candidate database
• Create engaging job postings and support interview scheduling
• Research market trends and salary data in the IT industry

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or final-year student
• Interested in Recruitment
• Previous internship experience in Recruitment is a big plus
• Fluent in English (B2)
