We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruitment Consultant Intern to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in IT recruitment, learning about hiring processes, and developing skills in sourcing and evaluating candidates. You will work closely with experienced recruitment consultants, assisting with various tasks to help find and hire top IT talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates:Use job boards, social media, and other platforms to identify potential IT candidates and conduct initial screening.
- Coordinate interviews:Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and recruitment consultants, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Support recruitment projects:Help with recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and other events to attract IT professionals.
- Maintain candidate database:Update the recruitment management system with candidate details, job applications, and interview feedback.
- Format CV: Support the team for format candidate's CV before sending to the client to ensure freeC's standard CV
- Collaborate with the recruitment team:Support the team in daily tasks, learning from senior consultants to improve your recruitment skills.
Qualifications:
- 4th-year students or fresh graduates with major in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Interest in IT recruitment and a desire to learn about recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Priority is given to candidates who have the ability to communicate in Japanese.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a personal laptop.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
