Someone who can find top talent and isn't afraid to pick up the phone when it comes to sourcing, screening and matching candidates with companies. Your Role:
- Proactively source and map professionals through LinkedIn, various job platforms, networking, and actively headhunting.
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential candidates.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of talent and business opportunities.
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver fast, high-quality hires.
- Drive results by hitting both recruitment and client acquisition targets.
What You Bring:
- Experience in recruitment, and or any customer facing position.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outreach.
- Strong communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-driven, resilient, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English
- Dutch is a plus
