The OpportunityWe are a tech-enabled headhunting start-up looking for experienced headhunter / executive search consultants who want more autonomy, better tools, and uncapped income.
You will operate as a 360 headhunter & business partner, supported by AI & automation to focus on clients, candidates, and deal closing.
What You'll Do- Develop and manage client accounts (SMEs, Startups, Tech firms).
- Consult Founders, HR Directors, and Hiring Managers on talent strategy.
- Close Headhunting / Executive Search Service Agreements.
- Deliver full-cycle executive search (midsenior roles).
- Build long-term client & candidate relationships.
Who We're Looking For- 2+ years in Headhunting / Executive Search / Recruitment Agency (priority).
- Strong BD mindset; comfortable hunting both clients & candidates.
- Solid negotiation and closing skills.
- English required | Japanese or Chinese is a plus.
