The Opportunity

We are a tech-enabled headhunting start-up looking for experienced headhunter / executive search consultants who want more autonomy, better tools, and uncapped income.

You will operate as a 360 headhunter & business partner, supported by AI & automation to focus on clients, candidates, and deal closing.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and manage client accounts (SMEs, Startups, Tech firms).
  • Consult Founders, HR Directors, and Hiring Managers on talent strategy.
  • Close Headhunting / Executive Search Service Agreements.
  • Deliver full-cycle executive search (midsenior roles).
  • Build long-term client & candidate relationships.

Who We're Looking For
  • 2+ years in Headhunting / Executive Search / Recruitment Agency (priority).
  • Strong BD mindset; comfortable hunting both clients & candidates.
  • Solid negotiation and closing skills.
  • English required | Japanese or Chinese is a plus.
