R&D Specialist/ Manager

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work within the International Sales Department
• Participate in product development from NPI to Mass Production (MP)
• Receive and handle customers technical requirements
• Review and verify product technical specifications
• Coordinate with internal departments to implement sample production
• Communicate and align with customers on technical adjustments or improvement proposals for the products
• Monitor, follow up, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure all technical requirements are fully met throughout the entire production process
• Attend meetings and support customer audits as required

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College or Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering-related disciplines, preferably Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in similar roles
• Proficient in using 2D and 3D design software
• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications
• English proficiency for work purposes is an advantage (not mandatory)
