R&D Manager or Supervisor (Coffee)

Key Responsibilities:

• New Business Development: Support business growth through technical R&D expertise and product innovation in the beverage/coffee sector.
• Product Innovation: Lead product development initiatives, strictly focusing on coffee applications and formulations.
• Process & Tech R&D: Research and optimize processing methods for coffee, tea, and functional food additives.
• Global Client Engagement: Collaborate with overseas clients to adapt solutions to international market standards.

Requirements:

• Education: University degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of R&D experience in food processing, must have direct experience in coffee products.
• Processing Knowledge: Strong, hands-on expertise in coffee processing technologies, including extraction, aroma recovery, spray drying, and freeze drying.
• Quality & Regulations: Solid background in food safety, hygiene protocols, and global regulatory standards.
• Language: Professional English communication skills for international client interaction.
