QE
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, inspection specifications, and quality control procedures.
- Analyze and handle in‑process quality issues and abnormalities.
- Analyze and resolve quality problems using quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, etc.
- Handle customer complaints and drive quality improvement actions with internal teams and suppliers.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize quality data, and prepare quality reports.
- Participate in system, process, and customer audits.
Lab(OMM/CMM)
- Responsible for OMM and CMM programming and measurement program optimization.
- Evaluate measurement technical solutions for MTDs and measurement fixtures/gauges.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to measurement and metrology.
- Perform daily inspection, maintenance, and calibration management of measurement instruments and equipment.
QC Line Leader
- Responsible for daily management of the QC team, including manpower planning and shift scheduling.
- Supervise the execution of incoming, in‑process, and outgoing inspections.
- Ensure correct implementation of inspection standards and work instructions on site.
- Handle on‑site quality issues, provide timely feedback, and follow up on corrective and improvement actions.
- Review inspection records and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Coach, train, and evaluate QC inspectors to improve performance and inspection capability.
- Manage inspection tools and equipment to ensure proper use and good condition.
- Cooperate with QE and Production teams to support quality improvement activities and audits.
Lanague preferred: basic English, /or Chinese communication skill.
