Job Description

• Key Responsibilities
  
  

Responsible for developing and maintaining quality systems, control plans, and standards to ensure product quality meets customer requirements.This role drives problem-solving, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall manufacturing quality performance.

• Lead quality issue resolution using tools such as RCA, 8D, CAPA, and FMEA, and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and improve yield.
• Analyze quality data, monitor KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve process and product quality.
• Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS), control plans, SOPs, and ensure compliance with internal and customer standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve issues, support projects, and improve overall process performance.
• Support customer complaint handling, internal audits, and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in process control, customer quality, and QMS.
  
  

Skills

• Strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 5Why, 8D, CAPA).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good command of English.
