JOB SUMMARY
Lead quality teams to ensure product reliability, in-process/outgoing quality control, and process improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams for customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead IPQC, OQC, UST, and MQE teams to manage quality processes, ensuring compliance with internal/external standards.
- Manage manpower, including recruitment, training, and task assignment for team members.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and resource preparation for testing.
- Set objectives, implement policies, and monitor daily team activities.
- Report quality issues, conduct failure analysis, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct audits, optimize quality systems (e.g., SOP, ISO 9001), and hold review meetings.
- Ensure delivery schedules and production goals are met while maintaining quality.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
Experience: 3-8 years in manufacturing/quality, with 1-3 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge:
- 7 QC Tools, 5 Core Tools.
- ISO 9001:2015 or IATF 16949:2016.
- Problem-solving skills (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto).
- Skills:
- Auditing skills.
- Proficient in Minitab.
- Familiar with ASTM, GB, or JIS standards.
- Data analysis.
- Fluent in English.
- Other Abilities: Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, strong teamwork skills.
