Responsibilities
1. Quality Management & Compliance
- Assist the QA/QC Manager in establishing, implementing, and maintaining QA policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor compliance with ISO, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits (internal, external, customer) and prepare corrective and preventive actions.
2. Team Leadership & Training
- Supervise and guide QA/QC staffs/leaders in daily operations and inspection activities.
- Provide training and coaching to enhance quality awareness across departments.
- Act as the second-in-command for the QA/QC department when the Manager is absent.
3. Quality Control & Problem Solving
- Oversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspections.
- Review and approve quality reports, inspection results, and defect analyses.
- Investigate non-conformities, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
4. Customer & Cross-functional Communication
- Work closely with Production, R&D, IE and Sales teams to resolve quality issues.
- Handle customer complaints related to product quality and ensure timely resolution.
- Support continuous improvement projects to reduce defects and increase efficiency.
Requirements
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC, with at least 2 years in a supervisor/assistant manager role.
- Experience in manufacturing (preferably metal/plastic processing).
2. Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and standards (ISO 9001, 5 Core tools, 7 QC tools, 8D, 5S, Lean, etc.).
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- English: Good communication.
