Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Quality Improvement: Drive quality improvements within the supply chain based on annual quality targets and work plans to ensure incoming material quality.
- Quality Project Execution: Plan and implement quality improvement projects and establish special case initiatives based on quality performance.
- New Product Management: Follow up on material-related issues during new product development phases, and track the resolution and closure of issues related to development, design, molds, and suppliers.
- Non-Conformance Management: Analyze and confirm material-related issues found during incoming inspection, production, and in-market quality incidents; issue 8D reports and manage the timeliness of issue closure.
- Incoming Material Management: Develop Material Inspection SIPs based on customer IIS and ensure alignment of specifications across internal front-end and back-end operations.
- Cost Recovery: Recover losses incurred by the factory due to defective materials from the responsible supplier and ensure signed acknowledgment of chargeback.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
- Work Experience: Experience in quality management is preferred; experience in the electronics industry is preferred.
- Preferred Majors: Science or engineering disciplines with strong language skills are preferred; Chinese language majors are the next preference.
- Other Requirements: Clear and logical thinking; strong verbal expression, communication, and stress management skills.
- Language Requirements: Strong Chinese communication skills are required. Some positions require proficiency in one of the following language combinations:
- Vietnamese + Chinese + English
- Vietnamese + Chinese + Korean
