Job: Quality Engineer

Job Summary: As a member of the Quality Team, the Resident Quality Engineer role ensures that finished products and production processes meet high standards for quality, safety, and compliance. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence and driving continuous improvement across the production lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:
- Guarantee that finished products fully comply with quality requirements.
- Supervise and ensure adherence to established production standards.
- Oversee operational controls, final inspections, and related testing activities.
- Perform and support root cause investigations, driving effective corrective and preventive measures.
- Contribute to the toy development process with a focus on quality assurance.
- Coordinate and manage ongoing audit programs.
- Monitor production processes and their critical control points.
- Ensure consistent application of the Quality Manual and Code of Conduct across all production stages.
- Work closely with the Food Safety Team to strengthen food safety and quality practices within the facility.
- Establish, implement, and track Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) procedures for the designated scope.
- Ensure strict alignment with legal requirements, internal policies, and contractual standards.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- Background in quality assurance or production management, ideally within the food or toy sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communicator with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Knowledgeable in QMS and FSMS standards.
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, in writing and speaking.
