Were seeking a Quality Assurance Leader to build and drive the quality strategy for Navigos Search client&aposs - a global IT product company. This role involves establishing the QA function from the ground up, shaping processes and team capabilities, and working closely with both local and international teams. Beyond testing execution, the focus is on defining why quality matters, what to prioritize, and ensuring long-term product reliability and customer trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Define target quality standards aligned with product vision, business needs, and organizational goals.
- Build the QA function, including establishing processes, hiring and training team members.
- Design and drive test strategies, including planning, execution, and optimization of manual and automated tests.
- Review product specifications and provide input to enhance quality outcomes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to testing practices, quality assurance mechanisms, and delivery processes.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related challenges across the product lifecycle.

Requirements
Must-Have
- Proven experience in defining and driving QA strategies at an organizational level.
- Strong command of English for professional communication.
