Currently TTI VietNam is hiring 2 positions related to quality management
- IPQC ENGINEER
A. Objectives:
- Manage the process of In-Process Quality Control and Outgoing Quality Control, ensure all products meet internal / external quality standards.
- Support manufacturing process improvement, failure analysis, non-conformance disposition, ensure quick investigation and effective Corrective / Preventive Actions are in place.
- Set up proper processes for IPQC and OQC including but not limited to prepare check card, sampling plan, process audit, non-conforming product disposition, data collecting system (Critical Features, DPPM, Data Analysis), etc.
- Coordinate customer returns or complaints to drive effective preventive actions and verify effectiveness of error avoidance and sustainability
- Maintain and optimize IPQC, OQC and PQE management system (SOP, OI / WI) according to ISO9001.
- Ensure team staffs are well trained with needed skills to perform required functions.
- Work closely with cross functional team to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality
B. Requirements:
- At least 3 years in Quality field in an engineer position. With working experience in metal, plastic and electronic products as well as manufacturing process quality management.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
2. SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER (SQE)
A. Objectives:
- Support sourcing team to audit & qualify potential suppliers.
- Identify and prioritize suppliers who are lacking in performance and develop plan to visit/audit those suppliers for improvements.
- Ensures suppliers meet TTI quality standards. Develop supplier to meet these quality requirements as needed.
- Support NPD/NPI..(New Product Development) projects by focusing on new components’ quality part consistency.
- Review engineering specifications and drawings to determine supplier’s abilities to meet parameters and reviews new and modified product designs from a material standpoint advising modifications when necessary.
- Provide leadership on-site at supplier locations to drive team efforts and activities.
- Work with Engineering to drive technical document changes when needed.
- .Follow up material quality issues found by IQC,MQA…in mass production and from customer complaint. Follow up with suppliers on 8D SCAR closure and effectiveness to prevent problem recurrence.
- Verify report from suppliers (8D,inspection report, test report, etc.); review supplier's documents (process, WI, quality plan, records, etc).
- Hold meeting with supplier weekly or monthly to discuss any product quality issue / customer complaint, drive corrective action and follow up.
B. Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience on a position of Supplier Quality or Quality Engineer. Familiar with Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Quality methods and tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, DOE, 8D, AQL Sampling
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
