The Inspector is to provide QA support on assigned projects to ensure the product and manufacture process designed and manufactured in accordance with HFT quality requirements. This position will execute product quality assurance activities including but not limited to conduct the inline and final inspection, manufacturing quality and process improvement
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Conduct the inline and final inspection according to company product and packaging requirement
· Prepare and submit inspection reports within the timeframe required by the company.
· Follow up on quality issues such as CAPA, and SCAR from US customers, US QA team and suppliers.
· Communicate with suppliers to solve quality issues found during inspections and report final solutions to the line manager.
· Willing to work under pressure and flexibility to travel frequently when required in order to achieve inspection deadlines
· Deal with production and material problems with suppliers, problem cause analysis, and provide problem solutions and improvement approaches;
· Ensure corrective action plans are implemented with our suppliers
· To work with our US QA teams to provide information in relation to products and customer requirements
· Maintain regular communication with our factories.
· Additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Qualifications – Education and Experience
· Minimum of 1-year experience in tools inspection or manufacturing field.
· Hands-on practical experience with related HFT product offerings is desired.
· Written communication skills necessary for technical report writing, and strong follow-up skills.
· Ability to exercise independent judgment and carry out responsibilities with a minimum of direction.
· Good understanding of manufacturing Quality processes
