I. Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct quality inspections at supplier factories, including PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and PSI (Pre-Shipment Inspection).
- Evaluate inspection results and support shipment approval based on quality compliance.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformances or quality issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers to develop and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
- Support factories in preparation for quality audits by reviewing documentation, processes, and quality systems.
- Follow up on audit findings and CAP implementation to ensure continuous improvement.
- Report inspection results, risks, and anomalies directly to the Senior QA/QC Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and corrective action progress.
- Promote awareness and alignment with company quality standards across suppliers.
II. Basic Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, inspection, or a related role.
- Open to candidates from all industry backgrounds; manufacturing, supplier management, or technical exposure is an advantage.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel frequently to supplier factories.
- Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently.
