The Quality Control Executive is a key part of the in-market team, working alongside client services, creative, and production leads to safeguard quality at every stage of the process. Reporting into the Quality Control Manager, this role plays a critical part in delivering on our promise of Procurement-as-a-Service ensuring that every asset and activation meets the highest standards of brand integrity, technical accuracy, and executional impact.

Purpose of the role

The Quality Control Executive is responsible for ensuring that supplier output consistently meets client's brand, technical, and compliance standards across all relevant portfolios. Operating as part of the local in-market team, they work closely with internal production teams, agency partners, and suppliersboth remotely and on-siteto uphold executional excellence.

This role is focused on driving quality assurance throughout the production lifecycle, including the review of artwork files, proofs, prototypes, and finished goods. The QC Executive plays a key role in identifying and preventing quality risks, leading corrective actions when needed, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They are a guardian of brand consistency and technical rigour, with a passion for precision and high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-production, on-site, and post-production quality control checks with suppliers
  • Review artwork, print proofs, prototypes, and final output to ensure compliance with brand, print, and technical standards.
  • Offer high-quality guidance and technical support to internal production and client teams.
  • Identify and address quality issues by coordinating root cause analysis and corrective actions among stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with the agreed specifications, brand guidelines, and client expectations.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across supply partners and identify training or process gaps where necessary.
  • Maintain precise quality reports and audit records to promote transparency and governance.
  • Responsible for end-to-end quality validation from prototype to inprocess to postproduction checks
  • Lead the communication and issue solution activities including analyzing quality problem, driving corrective action request, aligning solution with supplier, and coordinating closely with internal team to maintain high communication effectiveness.
  • Provide the technical support to internal team and suppliers, offering regulatory compliance, production standards and product specifications as needed.
  • Covers broader and more diverse production scope not only for premium production or printing/ POSM production. This is hybrid role that flexibly adapts to shifting workload

Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure

  • Proven experience in print production, POSM, Quality Control, or supplier management environments
  • Expert eye for detail and strong working knowledge of print, finishing, and production standards
  • In-depth understanding of artwork, colour proofing, colour management, and pre-press processes
  • Experience working directly with suppliers, production houses, and creative/technical teams
  • Extensive knowledge of quality assurance frameworks and production documentation standards
  • Ability to travel locally to conduct on-site reviews as required
