Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Quality Plan and Quality Control plan, CAV to manufacturing products complied to requirements and/or specification
- Lead on root cause analysis for quality defects and/or quality findings
- Supervise for implementation of corrective action and preventative action for process quality issues; Analyze failure, provide corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
- Implement contract review, make deviation and clarification on contract technical specification with customer for project
- Lead on pre-inspection meeting for each project & take care customer during they visit factory for witness inspection.
- Develop and maintain metrics that defines the condition of the production process and Cost of poor quality.
- Oversee internal processes such as NCR, Internal Audit, and others to ensure data accuracy, and process effectiveness including resulting corrective actions and performance metrics
- Provide technical instruction to Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system, contract specifications.
- Recognized and manage Risks Quality, making plan and implementation audit following the Quality Management system for continuous improvement quality product
Requirements
- University degree or higher in mechanical engineering, or at least 03 years of experience working in a similar position.
- Good listen & speak by english
- CWI, CSWIP, NACE certification is preferred
- Understand ISO 9001, Standard and Code (ASME, ).
