We're looking for
Quality Control Specialists (Manual QA) to help test client applications from an end-user perspective. This role focuses on ensuring that web applications function correctly and provide a smooth experience for users.
Responsibilities
- Test web applications from an end-user perspective
- Log into applications and verify authentication and authorization flows
- Check that buttons, forms, and navigation work correctly
- Validate key user flows and report issues or unexpected behavior
- Document bugs clearly and collaborate with the team to ensure fixes
- Provide feedback on usability and overall product experience
Requirements
- Good spoken and written English (main requirement)
- Experience with manual testing, quality control, analytics, or similar roles is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to follow testing scenarios carefully
- Basic understanding of web applications and user workflows
- Ability to clearly document findings and communicate issues
