Position Overview
Quality control/quality inspection. The work content includes product quality inspection, analysis and improvement after quality problems are found, and control of defective products. To ensure that products leave the factory with zero defects and meet customer standards and the goal of zero customer complaints. Job Responsibilities
- Conduct process inspections and implement quality control plans during the manufacturing process
- Quality inspection and determination of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, packaging, and factory delivery
- Draw various quality control charts and prepare standard samples
- Process control, grasp the quality variation, solve the problem, and be responsible for the stability of product quality level
- Quality operation statistical report and daily inspection report processing
- Investigation, analysis, reporting and handling of reasons for defective products
Job Requirements
- At least one year of QC inspection experience
- Experience in using measurement equipment and Inspection tools
- Can speak Chinese and experience in packaging industry are preferred
- Understand the sampling standards and visual inspection experience
