Hiring: Junior / Middle Process Quality Assurance (PQA)
Location: 60A Hoang Van Thu, Duc Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Role summary:
The PQA Executive will be primarily responsible for controlling, improving, and ensuring the quality of the software development process to enhance project efficiency and the overall quality of the final projects. You will serve as a crucial link between stakeholders, ensuring process compliance and achieving quality objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Control software process execution of project team
- Review and audit project status, project issues, project process compliance weekly
- Forecast project issues, project risks
- Tailor/customize process for project (if any)
- Collect and analyze project key metrics
- Ensure the quality of software package before releasing to customers
- Build up new process for new line project
- Ability to integrate, connect individual/team to complete common tasks
Qualifications
- Experience: In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle. At least 06 months of experience as a Process Quality Assurance professional is required.
- Language: Good English skills, at least reading and writing skills.
- Attributes: Hardworking, meticulous, and has an eye for detail.
- Project Participation: Participated in key software projects (new customer, new process, new technology, large team size, etc.).
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Certifications (Advantage): Has certification in CSQA, Internal Auditor is an advantage.
- Ability to identify and frame issues that can be addressed with AI solutions, Skilled in presenting and explaining complex AI concepts to non-experts
