Job Description: QA Engineer (Quality Assurance Strike Team)

The Role

We are looking for a meticulous and highly experienced QA Engineer to join our Strike Team for a 6 month(s) testing sprint. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our new CRM/ERP platform, conducting rigorous automated and manual testing across the Backend Admin Dashboard and two Mobile Applications (Customer & Technician).

This is a full-time, 6 month(s) contract focused on rapid bug detection, automated test coverage, and final product stability.

Compensation: 12M - 15M

Working Hours

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (8 working hours per day).

Key Responsibilities

• Test Automation: Develop and maintain end-to-end automated test suites for web and mobile using frameworks like Playwright or Appium.
• Manual Testing: Perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing across the entire ecosystem.
• Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects to resolution using Jira, collaborating closely with developers.
• Performance & Security: Conduct load testing and basic security audits to ensure platform robustness.
• CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into our deployment pipelines to ensure zero-regression releases.

Requirements

• QA Experience: 1+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on SaaS products.
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with modern testing tools (Cypress, Playwright, Jest).
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to break down complex user flows into testable scenarios.
• Mobile Testing: Proven experience testing React Native applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
