JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand user case.
- Improve and lead, understand the team and contribute.
- In charge of automation and maintenance test.
- Cover all product and follow best practise engineering, scripting autonomous
Required Technical Skills:
- Build test case for Automation test for clients project.
- Build automated test tools for applications: web/mobile test products and services as required.
- Test case creation and automation
- System Integration Testing
- Manual Testing
- Report, track and determine priority of reported bugs.
- Fill JIRA issues at lightning speed
- Experience with automated testing tools and version control tools is a plus.
- Co-ordinate with support teams to ensure speedy resolution on issues/bugs.
- Research and update new testing tools and knowledge to support the work.
- Participate in the project operation process to ensure the quality of the project upon release.
- Train and improve skill for all member in the team.
- Act as a focal point to handle issues between customers and teams.
Other Requirement:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years working in a similar role (Software QA)
- Knowledge in banking and finance is a strong plus.
- Should have automation experience (Cypress).
- Programming background is required: Hands on experience with IDEs like Visual Studio and language like JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge in GIT.
- Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence.
- Takes pride in delivering high quality product.
- Keen to details, test to break attitude, passion in testing, process-oriented, driven and team-player.
- Have deep understanding of testing software processes.
- Has strong desire to learn and contribute to the success of the team.
- Excellent English communication
