Job Description:
- Responsible for daily management of the QC team, including manpower planning and shift scheduling.
- Supervise the execution of incoming, in‑process, and outgoing inspections.
- Ensure correct implementation of inspection standards and work instructions on site.
- Handle on‑site quality issues, provide timely feedback, and follow up on corrective and improvement actions.
- Review inspection records and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Coach, train, and evaluate QC inspectors to improve performance and inspection capability.
- Manage inspection tools and equipment to ensure proper use and good condition.
- Cooperate with QE and Production teams to support quality improvement activities and audits.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in QC or quality inspection; experience in team or shift management is a plus.
- Familiar with in‑process and outgoing inspection procedures and quality standards.
- Able to read and understand SIPs; proficient in commonly used inspection tools and inspection methods.
- Strong on‑site problem‑solving skills and good personnel coordination ability.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good principles, and strong execution capability.
- Able to work shifts.
- Lanague: basic English /or Chinese communication skill
