ABOUT THE JOB
- Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management for a multidisciplinary QA team, encompassing both manual and automation specialists.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and standardized processes.
- Supervise the creation, maintenance, and execution of detailed test cases and automation scripts to ensure optimal quality outcomes.
- Guarantee extensive test coverage across functional, regression, performance, and security domains.
- Partner closely with development and product stakeholders to assess requirements and ensure full testability.
- Champion the integration of automation tools and frameworks to streamline workflows and accelerate delivery.
- Track and communicate progress through regular reporting on test execution, defect trends, and key quality metrics.
- Mentor and guide junior QA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence to best practices.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical fields, or equivalent experience in the IT industry.
- From 5+ years of experience in Software Testing (both manual and automation)
- In-depth expertise in manual testing methodologies and proficiency with leading automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, and Cypress.
- Skilled in using test management platforms, including JIRA, TestRail, and Zephyr.
- Well-versed in CI/CD pipelines with practical experience in integrating automated tests.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
