Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and backend services.
Define and lead test strategy and planning, ensuring coverage across functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Perform manual and exploratory testing when needed to uncover complex defects not captured by automation.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and quality goals.
Review requirements and technical specifications, providing feedback early in the development cycle.
Track and analyze test results, report quality risks, and work with teams to resolve issues effectively.
Champion continuous testing practices by integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor and guide junior QC engineers, sharing best practices on automation, test design, and quality mindset.
Continuously evaluate and introduce new testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Job requirement

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
46 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong hands-on focus on test automation.
Proven experience in designing and building automation frameworks using languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Proficiency with automation/testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman).
Strong experience in API testing and working with databases (SQL, MongoDB).
Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Passion for automation, product quality, and continuous improvement.
ISTQB certification is a plus.
