Were looking for a Python Developer to build and maintain integrations between Lofty CRM (our real estate sales acceleration platform) and HubSpot, which we use to manage both potential buyers and existing clients.
This is not a HubSpot CMS/front-end role its a backend integration engineer position, focused on AWS serverless, HubSpot APIs, and scalable data services.
Responsibilities
Design and develop backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and deploy on AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway).
Build APIs and automations to integrate Lofty CRM with HubSpot Marketing & Service Hub.
Enable seamless data sync for leads, campaigns, deals, and client support.
Write Python scripts/ETL jobs for automation, reporting, and data pipelines.
Collaborate with the Production Manager in Agile sprints to assess features and deliver value.
Requirements
Strong in Java (Spring Boot) and Python scripting.
Experience with AWS Serverless stack (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, CloudWatch, S3).
Hands-on expertise with HubSpot APIs (CRM, Marketing, Service Hub).
Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, microservices.
Comfortable working in an Agile team environment.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with CRM or real estate CRM workflows.
Experience with email campaign systems and marketing automation.
CI/CD pipeline exposure (GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins).
