I. What You'll Do
- Own and resolve production and operational issues raised via JIRA Service Desk, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution
- Investigate issues end-to-end: reproduce, debug, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes
- Build automation tools and scripts to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency
- Work closely with DevOps, Backend Engineers, and Researchers to maintain system stability and scalability
- Analyze recurring issues and proactively improve workflows, processes, and system reliability
- Contribute to internal tools (e.g., bots, ticket classifiers, monitoring utilities) that support daily operations
II. What You'll Bring
- Strong Python programming skills with 3+ years of real-world experience in production systems and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience building backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture
- Familiar with async programming & concurrency basics
- Comfortable working with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and understanding how transactions/ACID work
- Used to working in Linux environments
- Hands-on with Git & CI/CD pipelines
- Good command of English
