Python Developer

Working location: Trung My Tay Ward (District 12), HCMC

Salary range: Middle: Up to VND 50,000,000 gross

                       Senior: Up to VND 70,000,000 gross

RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Design, develop, and enhance Python-based services, internal tools, and data pipelines to support platform scalability and evolving business requirements.

·      Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing application logs, tracing data flows, debugging Python services, and investigating SQL databases and Linux environments.

·      Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for system incidents and implement sustainable solutions to improve system stability and reliability.

·      Build automation tools and operational scripts to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and prevent recurring issues.

·      Optimize system performance, operational efficiency, and platform reliability through continuous engineering improvements.

·      Collaborate closely with software engineers, researchers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

·      2.5+ years of professional experience developing Python applications in production environments.

·      Strong proficiency in Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

·      Experience building backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

·      Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture.

·      Experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

·      Comfortable working in Linux environments with shell commands for troubleshooting.

·      Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.

·      Understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency concepts.

·      Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

·      Good English communication skills for collaborating with global teams.

·      Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
