Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Python-based services, internal tools, and data pipelines to support platform scalability and evolving business requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing application logs, tracing data flows, debugging Python services, and investigating SQL databases and Linux environments.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for system incidents and implement sustainable solutions to improve system stability and reliability.
• Build automation tools and operational scripts to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and prevent recurring issues.
• Optimize system performance, operational efficiency, and platform reliability through continuous engineering improvements.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, researchers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of professional experience developing Python applications in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience building backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture.
• Experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments with shell commands for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Good English communication skills for collaborating with global teams.

Salary range: Middle: Up to VND 50,000,000 gross

                         Senior: Up to VND 70,000,000 gross
