Job Description

This position is responsible for providing consistent housekeeping service to guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, restaurants, public areas and circulatory areas that meets the hotel's standards of cleanliness and presentation.


  • Supervise, coordinates and participates in the activities of the Houseman and Public Area Attendant engaged in cleaning function rooms, office and public areas, specially the second and first floors, the basement and all back of the house areas except those of the kitchen.
  • Conducts daily inspections of function rooms and public areas to ensure accepted standards of cleanliness, maintenance and sanitation corrects mistakes or inadequacies of Housekeeping Attendant. Determines need for the repair and makes recommendations to superiors.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all Housekeeping equipment schedules necessary preventive maintenance and repairs work.
  • Train, manage and appraise Public Attendant's works
  • Assist Executive Housekeeper in assessing team members attendance and performance


Work Experience
  • High school graduated with vocational degree preferable
  • Good communication skill, English speaking is plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Attention to details
