This position will be responsible for Property Management operation in Prudential Danang Offices and support Property Management Manager in implementing departmental tasks and ensure the staffs have a good working environment following group and local regulations & standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • This position will be responsible for Property Management operation in Prudential HCM Offices and Branch Offices remote management, and support Property Management Manager in implementing departmental tasks and ensure the staffs have a good working environment following group and local regulations & standards.

  • Walk the ground regularly to inspect the condition of the properties at HCM Offices and coordinate inspection at Branch Offices, identifying any works to be done through the appropriate plan and schedule.
  • Coordinate with Line Manager to deploy asset management system at HCM offices/ Branch Offices, and classify according to fitout, furniture, MEP and fire protection system, including repair and maintenance plans

  • Manage service providers on maintenance works at HCM Offices/ Branch Offices and active obtain quotations for maintenance / improvement works were required from Line Manager.
  • Arrange and supervise the maintenance contractors works at HCM Offices/ Branch Offices and ensure works are properly performed.
  • Coordinate with related departments (Procurement, Finance and etc.) to follow up on processes, documents for inspection and payment throughout the execution of related repair&maintenance works.

  • Support Line Manager to develop the periodic maintenance plan of all nationwide offices, and working closely with Property Management Team to ensure works are properly performed on time as well.

  • Support Line Manager and Property Management Team to make maintenance, repairs, and property annual budgets and monitor the use of these budgets during the year.
  • Assist other departments such as OE, HR, IT and etc. in implementation the company's business activities at HCM Offices.

  • Back up Property team members in HCM Offices (if required) to ensure no PM services interruption at HCM Offices.
  • Perform other tasks as appropriate within competence as assigned by Line Manager or Company management from time to time.

Job Requirements / Yu cu

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical operation and maintenance management at commercial offices or buildings.
  • Proven experience managing maintenance teams and coordinating with external vendors.
  • Solid knowledge of operating MEP systems, fire protection systems (FPP), and office interior maintenance.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with business departments and support management teams.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in medium to large companies or exposure to multinational environments.
  • Basic English communication skills (able to understand simple technical documents and communicate via email).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with AutoCAD is a plus. Basic familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
