Job Description

Job Description:

  • Communicate, liaise and drive service points-related projects, including operation excellence and marketing
  • Identify service-level gaps and improve user experience between sellers, service points and buyers
  • Monitor operation performance, collaborate with both internal and external teams (e.g. fleet, relationship managers, product management team) to ensure stable and excellent service delivery to service points
  • Assist in full project lifecycle from initiating, planning, executing and monitoring
  • Assist team members in other tasks assigned

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL is an advantage
  • Able to communicate ideas and plans with stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner
  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
  • Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
