ABOUT JOB:

The QS Engineer will be responsible for quantity surveying, cost control, and on‑site measurements for a fast‑track, large‑scale electric vehicle manufacturing project in India. This role involves validating contractor quantities, preparing BOQs, supporting variation and claim workflows, and coordinating closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams. The position provides hands‑on experience in an international industrial project environment, with advanced exposure to QS tools, cost management processes, and multidisciplinary site coordination

• Working Location: India (Relocation package provided)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Quantity surveying and cost control at site

2. Validate measurements, quantities, and invoices from contractors

Kiểm tra khối lượng, biện pháp và hồ sơ thanh toán của nhà thầu

3. Align drawings, BOQ, and actual site quantities

Đối chiếu bản vẽ, BOQ và khối lượng thực tế

4. Support claim management, variation orders, and technical clarifications

Hỗ trợ xử lý hồ sơ phát sinh, claim và xác nhận kỹ thuật

5. Prepare daily/weekly quantity reports

Lập báo cáo khối lượng hằng ngày/tuần

6. Coordinate with design & commercial teams for accurate cost data

Phối hợp với bộ phận thiết kế & thương mại để đảm bảo tính chính xác của dữ liệu chi phí

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields

Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Xây dựng hoặc liên quan

2. 5+ years of experience in QS or site quantity roles

5+ năm kinh nghiệm QS hoặc khối lượng hiện trường

3. Industrial/factory project experience is highly preferred

4. Good English communication skills

5. Willingness to relocate and work in India

6. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit (BIM), CostX/Cubicost or similar QS software, advanced MS Excel, and basic understanding of FIDIC for variation workflows.
