Design Manager

Hoan My is looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead the design and development of our hospital and healthcare projects across Vietnam.

In this role, you will drive design direction, review consultant proposals, and ensure all projects align with healthcare standards, operational efficiency, and patient-centered design principles. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle — from concept to construction — while conducting quality checks on-site to ensure design integrity.

We are seeking candidates with:

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience (healthcare/hospital projects preferred)
• Strong design thinking with attention to both concept and detail
• Experience working with consultants and managing project delivery
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop
• Good English communication skills
