Requirement Definition & Documentation
- Translate client input into clear features and user stories
- Draft acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules with support
- Keep project documentation up-to-date (Notion, Clickup, etc.)
Project Ownership & Delivery
- Maintain and prioritize the project backlog
- Work closely with design, development, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution
- Make trade-off decisions between scope, quality, and timelines
- Support the team during planning, review, and daily standups
Testing Support
- Support QA in verifying test results and validating feature logic
- Facilitate UAT sessions and ensure client sign-off
AI-Driven Workflow (Preferred)
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools to speed up user story writing, test case generation, and meeting summaries
- Learn how to use AI tools to structure and validate logic flows
Required skills and experiences- At least 12 years of experience as a BA, PM, or related role
- Basic understanding of Agile or software development process
- Strong communication in English, note-taking, and summarization skills
- Familiarity with project/task tools like Notion, ClickUp, or Jira
- Comfortable using AI tools (or willing to learn quickly)
