What you are going to do

Understanding Business Needs & Client Engagement

- Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, needs, and priorities

- Gather and analyze requirements, user journeys, and workflows

Requirement Definition & Documentation

- Translate client input into clear features and user stories

- Draft acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules with support

- Keep project documentation up-to-date (Notion, Clickup, etc.)

Project Ownership & Delivery

- Maintain and prioritize the project backlog

- Work closely with design, development, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution

- Make trade-off decisions between scope, quality, and timelines

- Support the team during planning, review, and daily standups

Testing Support

- Support QA in verifying test results and validating feature logic

- Facilitate UAT sessions and ensure client sign-off

AI-Driven Workflow (Preferred)

- Use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools to speed up user story writing, test case generation, and meeting summaries

- Learn how to use AI tools to structure and validate logic flows

- At least 12 years of experience as a BA, PM, or related role

- Basic understanding of Agile or software development process

- Strong communication in English, note-taking, and summarization skills

- Familiarity with project/task tools like Notion, ClickUp, or Jira

- Comfortable using AI tools (or willing to learn quickly)

- Critical thinking & logical reasoning

- Attention to detail

- Ownership mindset and solution-oriented

- Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative

- Experience in software development or digital project delivery

- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Whimsical

- Ability to create visual flow diagrams (e.g., Whimsical, Lucidchart, Mermaid)

- Experience working with cross-cultural or offshore teams
