Job Description

Location: Dong Nai

I. Responsibilities

1.Project Management

  • Monitor and manage customer project timelines to ensure smooth and on-time execution.
  • Break down project tasks and assign responsibilities to relevant internal teams, ensuring effective cross-functional coordination.
  • Provide customers with regular updates on project progress and proactively communicate any risks or issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
  • Translate customer product specifications into clear internal requirements to support project execution, monitoring, and quality control.

2.Order Management

  • Process customer purchase orders and coordinate with the PMC team to confirm achievable delivery schedules.
  • Manage order changes by communicating updates to customers and aligning internally with related departments to ensure timely execution.
  • Review and analyze customer demand forecasts, monitor order fluctuations, and escalate significant changes or risks to management when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate order records and support smooth order fulfillment throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English and Basic in Chinese (HSK 3) with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management and order management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
