The Project Manager is a key bridge between our clients and the internal team, making sure projects are clear, organized, on time, and delivering real business value.
Role Purpose
- Own day-to-day client relationships for assigned accounts.
- Translate business and marketing goals into clear briefs and project plans.
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver strategy, design, and activation work.
- Keep projects on time, in scope, and on budget.
- Help grow accounts through trust, consultative thinking, and smart upsell.
Key Responsibilities
Client Partnership
- Be the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication.
- Deeply understand the client's business, category challenges, competitors, and internal dynamics.
- Lead discovery, workshops, and key presentations.
- Set clear expectations on scope, timeline, process, and deliverables.
- Manage feedback cycles so they are specific, constructive, and manageable.
Project and Account management
- Turn proposals and SOWs into detailed project plans and timelines.
- Orchestrate workflows between strategy, creative, design, and production teams.
- Track progress, anticipate risks, and flag issues early with options.
- Prepare agendas, recap notes, action lists, and status reports.
- Maintain all project documentation, files, and approvals in an organized way.
Quality and Delivery
- Sense check deliverables against brief, strategy, and client goals.
- Help ensure consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
- Support QA for key outputs such as strategy decks, identity systems, key visuals, packaging, and launch assets.
- Coordinate with suppliers, printers, developers, and partners when needed.
Commercial and performance
- Lead the preparation of proposals, quotations, and change requests.
- Track billable hours, scope usage, and project cost versus plan.
- Oversee invoicing and payment follow up with the Finance and Operations team.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely solve client problems.
Internal collaboration
- Partner with the Creative Director and Strategy Lead on account planning.
- Provide regular input on client satisfaction and project health.
Lead project retrospectives to capture learnings and optimize agency processes.
- Contribute to a positive, accountable, and solutions-oriented agency culture.
Required Experience & Skills
Must have
- 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, project management, or client service in a branding, creative, digital or marketing agency.
- Strong communication skills in Vietnamese, confident business English for calls and presentations.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.
- Good understanding of branding, marketing basics, and creative workflows.
- Solid organization skills, attention to detail, and follow through.
- Comfortable with tools such as Google Workspace, project management platforms, and online meeting tools.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with mid-market clients in F&B, FMCG, healthcare, education or B2B.
- Experience working with international clients or multi-market rollouts.
- Experience working with strategy, UX, packaging or integrated campaigns.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Figma or similar tools.
- Experience in presentations and workshop facilitation.
