Responsible for the management of system integration engineering projects, including the preparation and completion of project implementation plans such as construction schedules, technical solutions, safety production measures, and quality assurance plans. Provide customers with timely solutions and project progress reports.
Take full responsibility for the entire project lifecycle, including confirmation of project scope, cost control, and overall risk management. Coordinate and allocate internal and external project resources, manage the project comprehensively, and collect, feedback, and follow up on issues and optimization points arising during on-site installation and commissioning.
Manage third-party vendors and suppliers. Responsible for the management, control, and coordination of subcontractors; arrange construction activities reasonably according to the construction organization plan to ensure balanced progress. Allocate project personnel, tools, and oversee on-site management.
Possess strong hands-on capabilities and be able to promptly handle and resolve issues arising on site.
Organize project acceptance and inspection activities at various stages to ensure project progress meets the requirements for contract payment collection.
Job Requirements:
College degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in automation engineering project management. Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and leadership skills; excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in managing large-scale system integration projects or automation projects is preferred.
Solid knowledge of electrical engineering and modern electrical control technologies; proficient in computer applications and networking knowledge; familiar with various sensors and electrical control equipment.
Experience in team management is a plus.
Proficient in using Chinese and Vietnamese for daily project communication; English communication skills are an advantage.
