1. Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the BPO industry, particularly in data annotation, content moderation, or customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of project management experience in these sectors, preferably with leading BPO companies. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and tracking projects, ensuring smooth execution at our Hanoi office.
2. Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Lead the onsite team (40+ members) and coordinate with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and company standards.
- Work closely with the operations team and HR to manage project costs effectively.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with clients to align project goals and expectations, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Provide clients with regular project updates, performance reports, and risk assessments.
- Participate in client meetings and business reviews to ensure continued satisfaction and partnership growth.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance productivity.
- Ensure team members adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and KPIs.
- Work closely with the Site Manager and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in data annotation, content moderation, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
4. Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI, machine learning projects, or customer service operations.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and compliance standards in the BPO industry.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
