As we scale our operations, we are looking for a Project Manager who excels in project execution, client coordination, and delivery operations even without deep technical expertise in data systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of Data & BI implementation projects from initiation through go-live and post-deployment support.
- Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, manage risks, control scope and budget.
- Coordinate with clients to align on requirements, priorities, timelines, and change requests.
- Facilitate project meetings including kick-off, weekly/bi-weekly status reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with Tech Leads and Consultants to ensure quality deliverables.
- Track and report project health to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
- Follow internal SOPs for risk management, issue tracking, and change control.
QualificationsMust Have:
- 25 years of experience in IT project management (data or system integration, software implementation, or consulting).
- Strong command of project management tools (Excel, MS Project, Jira, Base...).
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- High sense of ownership and accountability for delivery results.
Nice to Have:
- Basic understanding of Data & BI concepts (Data Lakehouse, Dashboards, Microsoft Power BI, Fabric).
- Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, Agile, or Scrum is a plus.
- Previous experience in consulting, agencies, or managing multiple parallel projects.
